This league will consist of two practices during the week from 4-5pm.  The players will be split up into teams and play non-contact scrimmages on Sunday afternoons.  Players must attend at least one practice during the week to be eligible for a Sunday roster.  The rosters will change through out the season based on different themes.  This league is open to all ages, schools, and skill level.  The season runs through the Thanksgiving holiday.  Only those players from New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette are allowed to register for Sunday scrimmages only.  The practices will be coached by Austin.  Practices will include conditioning, basic fundamentals, and team play.  Registration for the season is $200 for local players and $100 for non-local players.  If you are a member of the 2012 Team Quick Stick summer program you will receive a 50% discount.  If you have any questions please call the shop and speak directly with Austin (985-674-7536)
